You know Biden would just give nothing. Take a look at his .01% donation to charity last year.

At the Obama’s home he would ask for the bag, you must share with those less fortunate. The government knows how much candy each kid needs. And you can’t have the milk duds, they are not healthy, you’ll get fat and use more medical care than you should. Stay healthy and keep the cost of health-care down.

Problem is, one milk dud is all that voucher will buy. . .
