Actually, I think this would be more humiliating than embarassing.

My (now 15 y.o.) son and I often play paper football when we’re in a restaurant waiting for food. Back when he was 10 or so, he’d beat me regularly; now I tend to win. We don’t play so much anymore…

We played with quarters when I was in school. But if you wanted to increase the difficulty level, then you could use a dime instead.
