    Extremism is non-denominational.

Where are the Muslims speaking out on the Christians being slaughtered daily in the middle east?

Quite a remarkable cartoon, brilliant. After having lived in Muslim countries I can say that there are very few who are as extremist as extremist Christians. Maybe the same proportion. Excellent cartoon.

I’d be embarrassed if I could only say my religion hasn’t killed as many people as another religion. Wow.

Millions have NOT been killed in the name of Christ. Yes, there has been some killing but we all know that Jesus does not approve. The current wars by the West are NOT being conducted in the name of Christ despite Islamic lies to the contrary. They believe that all whites are Christian. They think you inherit your religion. The Crusades were conducted by the Roman Catholic Church BUT they were wars of defence against Islamic aggression. Atheist ideologies are the best at killing. Soviet Russia, Communist China, Nazi Germany etc. etc.

Look at the founder of a religion to decide who is the extremist. The cartoon is a lie, as all the Christians in Egypt, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Arab Palestine, Saudi etc. can testify.

The invading Canadians were Christians too. It’s just that Canada doesn’t have a holiday celebrating the First European Invader.

Not just the interior. There are still lots of people from the first nations in the Maritimes and Quebec and Ontario. Not so many in the eastern part of the US. Where DID they go?

I was taught by some really wonderful Catholic teachers, and when i read what Ortho says, I just have to say over and over to myself, “This tripe is not representative of the Catholic Church, remember Sister Such-and-such who taught you Cicero and Ovid and Vergil, and remember Father Such-and-Such who taught you Homer and Pindar.” They were great teachers, humane and open-minded, the Church at its best. I would rather judge any organization by its best, not by its worst.
