Adam: Well, we had a great time on vacation. We had a lot of laughs... ...But let's not forget about the tears and some not so pleasant sights. Laura: I don't care. I liked that Sandra Bullock movie and it was the only thing playing during the rainstorm.

to some driving 12 hours each way is the only time they get to spend together. though i would never do that and only watch a movie. there are always indoor activities to plan,

i’ve done the 12 hour drives several times, usually to watch my nephew’s soccer. longest was T O to DeKalb. with my almost 77 year old Dad. whole day to drive there, overnight in a motel, 3 hours for the game - including warm up and post game visit, another night in the motel, then a whole day to drive home. and totally worth it to have grandfather at grandson’s last collegiate game. coulda been a mastercard commercial!

The rain storm should have been good for several days strips but nothing. We have to fill in all the blanks ourselves.
