It should perhaps have been translated as ”I will not let anyone badmouth Copenhagen”.
Well, she originally said:
”Wer Kopenhagen jetzt nur schlechtredet, beteiligt sich am Geschäft derer, die bremsen, statt voranzugehen.”
and that translates to:
”Anyone who just badmouths Copenhagen now, is engaging in the business of those who are applying the brakes rather than moving forward.”
