When will the developed countries actually DO something to pull CO2 out of the atmosphere? When New York harbor is underwater?

no cities are going underwater physically but because of the Global Warming Relgion they will go under water fiscally paying tributes and carbon fines to Al Gore….and I thought he was stupid….he’s way smarter than Madoff
