Not sure if you’re really in the dark, but JIC….Delores, in true Barkeater Lake fashion (out of nowhere and without her knowledge), was elected Bishop of the Winter Carnival. One of her duties was to announce the King and Queen of same. You see the result above….her mother bought the “queenship” of the carnival with the expected resulting misery. Hope that helps.
