I am now convinced that Santa has a private resort island somewhere in the south Pacific. He takes the whole crew there right after the Christmas deliveries are done, and they all unwind and destress there for about three weeks. Then they all head back north and start all over again. Of course, during the year, the resort is also available for the occasional week off, mental health break, and to test out new water toys.
