Well done, Clay. conservatives have rejected and attacked any change or progress that comes, then come to seize those philosophies and claimed credit for them since time began. Our Founders were Liberals who founded this Nation on Liberal principles, Liberal Ideals and Liberal values. conservatives were the ‘Tory’ who sided with the Brits and opposed independence. The Republican Party began in the 1854 as the Liberal party in the U.S. Lincoln, a Liberal, was their first elected president. Yet Republicans claim to be ‘The Party of Lincoln’. Imagine the Southern Red States being ‘The Party of Lincoln.’ If Lincoln were president today conservatives would impeach him.

For those who claim to be Christians, know this. Jesus was a Liberal who brought great change. The conservatives of the time were the Pharisees who questioned and condemned Jesus. Today’s right-wing evangelists, the ‘Modern Day Pharisees’, oppose what Jesus himself taught and said.

conservatives are the enemy of the U.S.A. and have been since 1774. And while conservatives might not be satan himself, surely they’re the ones who run into the 7-11 to get satan his cigarettes.
