Most conservative do believe in vaccination. However, we do not desire to force vaccines on others. There’s a heck of a difference there.

What Hawgowar said is essentially true … most [small ‘c’] conservatives do believe in vaccines. What he omitted was that the left is currently the conservative cohort being much closer to reality in their reasoning.

No vaccine was available in 1918. I would be willing to bet no one would have been screaming “Freedom from the gov’t” if one had been available. Better start thinking rather than reacting – more pandemics in the future with climate change.

If you “Choose” not to get the vaccine, you should also “Choose” to not have ANY benefits of today’s medical community, nor of any insurance to help pay YOUR bills.

The reason at least some reactionaries (the ones I have in mind have no right in the world to claim to be conservatives in the historic use of the term) suddenly started advising people to take the vaccine is because the newest waves and variants were spooking the stock market. All of the other thought balloon comments are true (including Dr. Fauci being a hero, though of course flawed like even the best people). None of them will ever be publicly admitted to by the Godawful Obsolete Party unless denying them suddenly spooks the stock market.

Arizona shocker: Audit liaison threatens to quit over Cyber Ninjas’ secrecy and forged results

Ken Bennett, the Arizona state Senate’s liaison to its review of 2020’s presidential election ballots threatened to resign from that post live on conservative talk radio on Monday, saying the Senate’s pro-Trump contractors had been hiding their results from him for months and could even be manipulating audit data.

“I’m truly alarmed by this,” said KFYI host James Harris, in the segment that followed Bennett’s interview. “In the [show’s] first segment, you actually had Ken Bennett step down because, in good conscience, he can’t continue with this if he’s been shut out and he’s thinking that these numbers are being used improperly. And we know that that might be the case because we had President Trump spouting wrong numbers on the state last Saturday.”

“All of a sudden, this is getting convoluted,” Harris said. “And instead of us having full disclosure, [and] transparency, it sounds like we are getting a grift!”

“The fact that they’re posing questions, or asking questions, or throwing out things about all these other things tells me they know the counts are pretty close,” he said. “They don’t have any proof that there’s any massive change in the numbers.”

    2020 boogaloo killings

    LocationOakland, California, U.S

    Ben Lomond, California, U.S.

    DateOakland shooting: May 29, 2020

Santa Cruz County shootout: June 6, 2020

    Attack typeShooting, bombing, shootout

    WeaponsRifle, improvised explosive devices

    Deaths2

Injured4 (including one of the suspects)

    MotiveRight-wing extremism

    AccusedSteven Carrillo and Robert Justus

In late May and early June 2020, two ambush-style attacks occurred against security personnel and law enforcement officers in California. The attacks left two dead and injured three others.

The attacks began on May 29, when a drive-by shooting occurred in front of a federal courthouse in Oakland, resulting in the death of a security officer contracted with the Federal Protective Service. Over a week later on June 6, Santa Cruz County sheriff’s deputies were shot at and also attacked with improvised explosive devices; one of them died as a result.

U.S. Air Force sergeant Steven Carrillo was arrested soon after the second attack. A second suspect, Robert Justus, surrendered to authorities five days later. The FBI indicated that Carrillo was associated with the boogaloo movement, a loosely organized American far-right anti-government extremist movement whose participants say they are preparing for a second civil war.123 Carrillo used the George Floyd protests as a cover to attack police officers, according to the FBI.4 A white van owned by Carrillo contained a ballistic vest with a patch bearing boogaloo symbolism. Carrillo is alleged to have written “boog” and the phrase “I became unreasonable” (a popular meme among boogaloo groups) in his own blood on the hood of a vehicle he hijacked.5 According to federal authorities, the suspects were motivated by the boogaloo movement’s ideology, and allegedly intended to spread its extremist views and start a civil war.
