When I was young, a politician being Catholic was a real problem for a lot of people: What would the Prez do if the Pope ordered him to (whatever the speaker thought was awful)? Now, it seems not to be an issue… which I find to be better. I really have no problem at all with her beliefs, nor with the supposition that they would supersede her legal and constitutional training. UNLESS she were to be in a position to enforce them on all the rest of us, as she would be in as, say, a Supreme Court Justice.
