C’mon, Devin Nunes — learn from Bart Simpson, who is obviously smarter than you and “DON’T HAVE A COW.”

Before Nunes’ frivolous lawsuit, the parody Twitter site @DevinsCow had about a thousand followers. Last I heard (and I haven’t been following it closely), the parody site was approach a MILLION followers. The Streisand effect on steroids.

Biggest irony: last year Devin Nunes introduced a bill called the “Discouraging Frivolous Lawsuits Act.” Seriously. Of course, what Nunes called “frivolous lawsuits” in his proposed bill was an amendment to the Clean Water Act that would have limited lawsuits against those who pollute water supplies, and the kids of Flint, Michigan, don’t even get an apology.

Holy Streisand Effect! I had no idea these sites account existed until Nunes started whining about ’em. Way to go, Devin.

Some of the really embarrassing jokes are becoming more public because of Nunes’ lawsuit. For example, Seth Meters showed a drawing of a Putin / Trump / Nunes human caterpillar. I would never have seen that without Nunes whining about being picked on by Twitter users.
