maybe they are not taught that, but they do it anyway with no regret at all, as long as they can find some way to disagree with the person they have murdered. kill a doctor in his own church, kill people going about their lawful work of helping women in trouble, or just blowing up a large building in oklahoma for the fun of seeing all those people die.
as for the hate behind the cartoon, the cartoonist might find it worthwhile to get a copy of the u.s. constitution and read it carefully.
While history does reveal exceptions, statistically, Christian religions, and yes, “ancient” Hebrews were far more brutal, intolerant and violent than Islam until fairly recent “distortions” of that faith as well. Islam went away from the egalitarian early teachings, just has has “Christianity” with such things as Dresden, Hiroshima, or fundamentalist hatred and xenophobia in America today, largely supported by “the religious”.
From my point of view, only God deserves the credit for goodness and every wicked work isn’t of God. God created and God can do all things regardless. Comparing Christianity with Muslim is obviously a seperation of brothers(adversaries), Isaac and Ishmael. God is the focus regardless of brother. So killing doesnt really need to be taught since God is life.

Only God can give Life. Humans don’t create life, Life only comes from God. God allowed humans to “have sex” whoopee.
Maybe you should focus your thoughts to higher powers instead of lifting little man up so high.
Without God, you don’t exist, I don’t exist, existence ceases.
