The current is between 30-50 years just to get a sustainable reaction and the costs have escalated beyond original projections. In the current economic atmosphere, I’d guess we’re looking at serious funding cuts. Considering the fact that I don’t trust the original estimate, (Looks like a WAG to me.) it won’t be any time soon.
