The GQP’s answer is to hoard all the money away from those who need it.

(There are days when I start to think it’s not really my JOB to correct all the fecal material in places like this).

HELLO, Mr. BOK? Can you please point out again exactly WHICH administration redirected $7tn to the obscenely rich?

Enjoy the imperial tribute, my American friends. Don’t say we never gave you anything. And as long as the greenback remains the world’s reserve currency, there’s more where that came from.

Here we go again, inflation and the debt, never a problem when Republicans are in charge. Hypocrisy enough to sink a ship.

The printing presses are running over time to print more and more dollars, they will be printing on Toilet Paper soon because that’s what it will be worth.

I’m not an economist, just a humble (well, not very) literary critic. But I would say that inflation has been around for a long, long time. In Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, Mr. Darcy is extremely wealthy with an income of 10,000 pounds a year; his friend Mr. Bingly is less wealthy, at 4,000 pounds a year.

I know it’s a waste of my time to talk sense to Chip, but anyhow here goes: the present need to raise the debt limit is to pay debt previously incurred not to open new credit authorization.

Funny. The National Debt increased by almost $8 trillion in the four years of Trump misrule. Inflation? What? Where?

Inflation that started under Trump, but under Trump’s direction the Fed kept interest rates low to help stave off inflation. Something that was not going to be a long term solution.

Huge increase in deficit since 2008, but no inflation spikes. Supply chains interrupted, chip shortage cause current inflation.

Bok’s page is another “safe house” for the extreme right )but never correct) wing promoters of disinformation. It’s a place where they can give each other new lies to spread.

How many ‘blank’ cartoons would there be if Bok drew subjects that he knew about?

Brainless Bok is upset because he thinks that money should go to the people who least-deserve it and least need it, the idle rich Plutocratic Parasites.

How dare Biden and Congress spend that money on making things better and easier for regular Americans, right, Treason-monkey?

We wouldn’t need 3.5 billion if we had been maintaining our infrastructure all along. It’s like complaining about the price of a new engine when you didn’t change you oil and filters periodically.

Remember when Trump sent Checks to everyone if only because it had his name attached to it?

Bok thinks that was the height of fiscal responsibility. Cutting the tax rate so that Rich people pay less on taxes than working poor that is a Feature AND Benefit

but spending money on Poor people to see a Doc? where is the cost benefit analysis on THAT?

Promote the general Welfare? Sounds like Communism, Right Chip?
