Homeless folks run the full gamut from neat-freak to slob. But when (the government, stores and restaurants, schools, etc.) make it infeasible to defecate in a toilet by locking them, making them customer-only and the like, then well, poop happens.
The very best way to help the homeless, as several studies have shown, is to simply make sure they have housing. But that isn’t feasible because they aren’t worthy! Too bad: If they had toilets, 99% of them would use ’em.
Maybe if the rest of the world didn’t ignore climate change, CA wouldn’t be on fire and you could afford to run the streetlights. Besides doesn’t Bok know you’re supposed to clean up after your dog?
