Let’s see, McConnell, by a huge margin, set the record for number of filibusters, and Boehner forwarded more absolutely ridiculous bills from the House, and didn’t get vetoes because they deliberately stalled action.
Now the veto threat is real, but it’s not the "threat " to mddle class America, or our nation’s future. The REAL threat is the ludicrous legislation Boehner and McConnell have waiting in the wings.
“Conservatives” are the weasels invading the henhouse, and Obama is now going to have two years of being the guard dog, as the Constitution intended, to keep the eggs out of total confiscation by the 1%ers, and prevent the weasels from tearing the chickens throats out. (Having seen the results of weasels invading chicken coops, killing everything mindlessly, blood and ofal everywhere, does indeed make me think of the post-Reagan era Republcan Party. (If 80% or more of them were like Mark Hatfield, the nation could afford them, but Musolini is more their patron saint than even Ronnie.)
