Mrs. Hillman: We hiked to the end of the driveway and back! Then we replaced nutrients we lost in case we sweated: 190 calories. Replaced antioxidants we lost from exposure to the elements: 282 calories. Replaced carbs we lost in our cardio surge: 374 calories. Mr. Hillman: Calories burned on our six-minute walk: 23. Calories eaten to recover from our six-minute walk: 846. Mrs. Hillman: When they said ,"No pain, no gain", I had no idea how much extra weight we could put on by starting a fitness program!
They’re going to be so roly-poly soon that they’ll be able to roll them out of there. And where are they getting the money to buy all these things? Hide your money, Cathy and Irving!
