LOL! A little late to be wondering that Irving.
Sorry Irving, she’s all yours!
Hello and Happy Tuesday Cathy friends! Hope all is well! The kids went back to school today and I’m too exhausted to do much.of anything. I was going to deep-clean the house today but I think I’ll save that for tomorrow and take a nap. I’m off work until Friday and I don’t start school or continue my internship until Monday.
You weren’t thinking, Irving. That’s the problem! But cheer up. To every dark cloud, there’s a silver lining. Somewhere in the world
. . . most likely the very town you live in right now . . . you made at least ONE other man deliriously happy the day you married your whack-a-doodle wife. Because of the fateful decision you made to say “I Do” to Cathy almost a year ago, you spared that poor other schmuck a lifetime of all the crazy you’re going to be reaping in-stead. Now there. Doesn’t the thought of that just warm the very “cockles” of your heart?!? No? Hmmm. Oh, well. I said there was a silver lining to every dark cloud and in this case, there most def-initely is . . . but I never said that the silver lining was YOURS! ;-)
Hi, rgcviper! :-)
QuietStorm27: The house cleaning will still be there tomorrow. Enjoy your much-needed nap today, Girlfriend, because you deserve it! :-)
P.S.: I’ve got to clean my house tomorrow too! :-(
Hello and Happy Tuesday, fellow Cathy fans. Hope everyone
had a really nice day today! :-)
Well, that’ll keep him awake at night! :-D
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Tuesday! One more day of holiday break for us. Thanks, QuietStorm! You and I usually have similar situations going on with our girls. So sweet! Good luck with your cleaning, but I hope you got some rest too! The cleaning can wait though… :-)
Actually, some storage systems like that could come in handy. If, that is, they aren’t taken to [eye-roll] standards, like they are here.
As for what Irving was thinking, that could be another whole comic!
HI, MOM. I enjoyed your latest reference to our favorite “Whack-A-Doodle”. Thanks … that phrase always makes me smile.
Greetings, “Cathy” Clan.
Yup!! Too late, Irving….no point losing sleep over that question anymore.Just let Cathy have her little blissful moment…once the ornaments are put away, it’s out of sight, out of mind for another year. Also love the “Whack-A-Doodle” descriptor.
