I’m EXACTLY like that! I can eat well all day, but then the midnight munchies hit (at around 9 or 10, because I’m old now and not up until midnight anymore) and I’m doomed!
Cathy needs to do what I do: I brush and floss my teeth for the night around 9:30 p.m. or so [sometimes I do it even earlier than that]. That way, I won’t be tempted to eat anything else before bedtime because nothing we keep in our house to snack on these days is worth the hassle of brushing and flossing yet again when I finally DO go to bed later on. But then, doing something like that takes a little bit of willpower and self-control — 2 things Cathy is sorely lacking in her life . . . and that applies to her shopping addiction as well as her bad eating and non-exercising habits too!!!
