Cathy: I want the insides of my closets to be beautiful, but I can't decide if I'm the polka dot type, the wood grain type or the pastel paisley type. Saleswoman: What does the rest of your home reflect? Cathy: The rest of my home reflects that I'm the "fling-it-in-the-closet-and-shut-the-door-before-it-all-dumps-out-on-the-floor" type. Saleswoman: Ah. The moot point type. Cathy: The willing to believe type! Assistant: Go with the florals. They'll be easier to find in the rubble.
OK. This strip—and specifically, the words and Cathy’s face in panel 3—combine into the first comic here in memory that’s made me laugh out loud. Good one.
HI, MOM. Greetings, Clan (a day late).
