 I ate only cereal. I craved protein.  I ate protein. I craved fruit. I ate fruit. I craved dairy.  Ate dairy. Craved grains. Ate grains. Craved vegetables. Ate vegetables. Craved chocolate. Ate chocolate. Craved more chocolate.  So much for the "listen to what your body needs" approach to food management.

    Actually, Cathy, it’s learning to distinguish between what your body actually “needs” and what your body only “wants.” You know — just like you do when you make out a budget. Oh, wait… you don’t do that, either! eye roll
