This goes along with the practice of changing women’s sizes. Where 30 years ago you would have been a size 14, now you are a size 10 to make women feel better about getting bigger. The thing is, you still look big. Who cares what size number you are when you are still big??

My actually prefers to wear guy jeans as they aren’t anywhere near as expensive as women’s jeans and tend to last a lot longer.

She found buying winter coats the same way. Women’s fashions are costing generally 2x/3x more for the same product, or in some cases a product of inferior quality…

@lightenup - surely you’re not implying that a modern size 10/old size 14 woman is somehow fat? I think we can all agree that it’s not super slim, but I wouldn’t call it “big”.

I heard that women’s sizes actually start at size 0.

Thanks mom for giving me the right set of genes and a 28” waist for jeans.

So long as they fit right I don’t care what the tag says. Buying men’s isn’t an option for many of us shorter females, even “regular” sized women’s are starting to get to be too long. And I still measure out the same height!

Ja ja ja, very funny but it is so true. Nothing wrong with having a little extra pounds or letting other people know your real waste size. Personality and a nice smile will outweigh everything.
