Seems like the Lord put himself in the middle by delivering Clyde’s mother’s message.

Yeah. It took me a large percentage of my life to figure out that “talk to them YOURSELF” maneuver. Now if I could only get them to DO it…

Did you know that Fat Albert was so fat that when he sat around the house he sat AROUND the house. It’s true.

Pure Clyde! I’m with him on this one. It takes two to tango or talk.

Clyde raises a fair point in the third panel.

“Hey, Hey , Hey!” I remember watching Fat Albert as a kid on late Saturday mornings. I think you can still watch the show on Amazon Prime.

Clyde: “Why she wanna talk now?” The Lord: “Beateth Me.” Love it…

It’s never good whenever my daughter or grandson call me.

It shouldn’t make me this happy, but Darrin Bell actually uses correct Elizabethan grammar. Which is uncommon when humor writers use it for comedy. “Beateth Me.” Heh.

I wonder if the Mushmouth action figure got the same treatment.

See! Not getting involved in intra-family squabbles is such a good idea that even God gets it.

There are some people you will only ever talk to if you initiate it. My son is one of them. But I love him, so I call him.

So nice—and so rare—to see someone using the archaic forms correctly!

He never wants to be put in the middle. Like when both sides pray for victory in a war.

Sorry, disembodied voice, you’re already in the middle as you began this dialogue.
