I can’t blame, Hobbes.

I always found it interesting that Calvin had an imaginary freind that actually argued with him.

Calvin likes to dream big—that’s one of his character traits I find most endearing. But he might want to scale this one back just a bit.

Calvin’s imagination is often off the scale, but this is one snow man that ain’t getting any bigger.

I’ve heard of toeing the mark, but Calvin is marking the toe!

This reminds me of the story Under The Pyramids, which H.P. Lovecraft ghost-wrote for Harry Houdini.

Dream Big!

Our three sons built an eye catching, traffic stopping snow sculpture in our front yard one winter. It was a six foot tall rendition of a tank type commode complete with a simulated toilet paper roll sitting on the tank lid and the seat cover raised. I saw people stop, look, and then later return with their cameras. For those who ventured up close for a look see, they discovered “doggie loggies” had been appropriately placed in the bowl.Needless to say, mom was not pleased! It is one of their fondest memories.

People wouldn’t have to come from miles around if they built it. They’d be able to see it. I don’t blame Hobbes.
