So in Nerwin’s way of thinking…if a spoonful of sugar can help the medicine go down, pounds of sugar should do the same for helping education go down?

Growing up in the mid-west in the ’50s I ate a lot of sugar. My fasting blood level is in the low 90s.

If I want an afternoon nap, all it takes is a little high-carb snack. I’ll be dozing before I know it.

I found out early on in life that eating sugar just made me sleepy. Give me a hand full of pecans instead.

I doubt Nerwin’s afternoon “remedy” would work for anyone. I also found that coffee does nothing to keep me awake….
