Criminal behaviour right in front of your eyes. The UN should have international arrest warrants out for this lot.

If voter suppression is a crime and it’s racist, and if racism’s main motivating factor is obviously hatred, that makes voter suppression a hate crime. Hate crimes are federal crimes and those are not states’ rights.

Not brave enough to secede and practice their evil Georgia brand of apartheid, they choose to sully America’s reputation as the land of freedom and equal rights/opportunities for all.

This does trace back to the SCOTUS, and right- wing justices appointed by right-wing presidents. They gutted the voting rights act, and this is what happens.

There’s no stopping this RWNs plague. Being defeated fair and square in Nov. doesn’t mean anything to these deplorables. They come right back, just like covid-19, with a variant… even more virulent!

The “food and water” business is the tip of the iceberg. The fact that election judges can be replaced at will is the scary part. Just get somebody to count the votes the way they “should” be counted.

Why does Mr McFadden not yet have a Pulitzer for editorial cartooning?

It’s clinging to power when there’s really no way to keep on clinging.

Do they somehow think they got MORE votes by passing this law?

Democrats will now walk over fire to vote in the next election in Georgia.

They’re like really bad magicians. We can see everything they are doing. No one is buying their BS justifications.

Giving themselves the ability to “de-certify” all votes in a county is central to their power grab. All the rest of the draconian voter-suppression rules in their Omnibus bill are cumulatively almost as bad. Regardless, all of it is aimed specifically at black voters.

It’s nothing “personal”, it’s just that black voters are mostly Democrats, and most are in specific counties, which can then be conveniently targeted, suppressed, and ultimately omitted from the final tally. The decision for that omission comes from a panel that is chosen by Republicans. Thus, Republicans can ultimately disregard all votes and decide for themselves who State and Congressional legislative members will be, as well as Electoral College electors (to fulfill the demands of the previous criminal President, for example).

It’s like one political party giving themselves the power to assign all watchdog officials and judges, all the way up to and including the Supreme Court.

That last panel is dead on target. It’s so on point it hurts.

“I’ve decided to ‘identify’ as Chinese. Coke will like me, Delta will agree with my ‘values’ and I’ll probably get shoes from Nike and tickets to MLB games. Ain’t America great?”— Gov. Mike Huckabee

GQPs believe that they have the right to be elected over everybody else, even if they have to force the issue…
