He reminds me of a character from “The Boys from Brazil.” What I’ve heard of this guy suggests he was bred and born to be the Chosen One of the Republicans.

The whole White House admin is there on a false pretense. Every appointment from them, is null and void.

And, one of the architects of the Bush torture policies.

    .

    Yeah, I know.

    It wasn’t torture.

    Anyway, they deserved it.

And we got all kinds of valuable information, which is so highly classified, on one is allowed to see it.

And Kavanaugh wasn’t even there that day.

Brass, if a full recount had been done in Florida, then Gore would have won. Jeb was governor and the FL Sec. of State was heavily involved in the Bush Jr. campaign, a disgusting conflict of interest. They used a list of felons in TEXAS to eliminate the voting registrations in FLORIDA for anyone with a similar name. The Black Caucus tried to stop the confirmation of the voting results but they couldn’t get a single senator to sign their complaint.

Moderate Democrats are looking at the tough confirmation ahead, urging voters to send their thoughts, and reviewing Kavanaugh’s qualifications for the job. He served as an attorney in the Office of the Solicitor General of the United States and an Associate Counsel in the Office of Independent Counsel Kenneth W. Starr. During the Presidency of George W. Bush, Kavanaugh served as an Associate Counsel and then Senior Associate Counsel to the President, and as an Assistant to the President and Staff Secretary to the President. His nomination could change abortion, the Affordable Care Act, immigration, executive power and whether a president is subject to a subpoena, and the archived White House records are not being made available to Senators to review.

Our rigged political system is about to reach the height of its power: locking in control of the Supreme Court for a generation with one its own shifting the balance. The notorious leaker at the heart of the Ken Starr investigation, a career political operative in legal clothing, will be rammed onto the court while Republican senators keep his damning paper train covered up. Kavanaugh’s nomination is fast tracked, but a complete record of the nominee’s work for Starr and later at the W White House has not been made available.

Just remember that the number of justices isn’t written out. So they don’t have to confirm. So that means that most Republicans and what few Democrats will vote for them. A few Republicans may vote against.
