Simple fix – combine the relay race with the javelin throw.

I thought this strip was set in the future when diseases like that would be eradicated.

They should be passing vaccine needles.

What jars me as I watch is the equipment with the labels “2020 Olympics”.

Frankly, the last time I had much interest in the Olympics was back in 1976, and that only because McDonald’s had free Egg McMuffins riding on the results.

The hand off may need to become the throw off.

Just sanitize the baton and hurry up with the race will ya? Lol

The IOC should cancelled or at least postponed these Games until the world got healthier. These games only went on because of pressure from the media.

What is really strange is the full contact sports like boxing or wrestling. The athletes contend without masks and generally face to face. However, the referee is wearing a mask and raises a hand to show which athlete won.

How about six foot batons?

I would have expected Surgical Gloves and replacing the Stick with a towel drenched in hand sanitizer.
