This just in: Siamese seems to be suffering from overactive imagination!
Ya gotta wonder…..
Hey, cats know these things. I’m not arguing with Elvis. (And Lupin? Tillie’s drinking YOUR coffee.)
Tillie is in the house. Could she be contributing to Elvis’s strange ideas?
An aghast ghost is a guest.
Elvis and Puck are more familiar than Lupin with the ghosts of the BPH.
Woohoo Tillie’s back!
Oh Tillie we all love you!
I ain’t ‘fraid of no ghosts
I cracked up on the last panel.
Is it just me or does it legit look like a ghost reading the paper??
I’m on your side here, Elvis.
The one that used to run through our bedroom and out into the hall looked like a small black shadow. After I yelled at it to leave ( for 3 weeks straight) it wasn’t seen again. I wonder if the people we sold the house to ever saw it.
A ghost needs reading glasses?
And why is there a newspaper in that alleged “pile of laundry”?
The ghost in panel 7 reminds me of the ghost Gus in Barnaby.
The “ghost” reminds me of Gus from Gus and the Baby Ghost.
I wonder if we’ll find out this year if Goldie can perceive the RCO crew?
‘Tis spooky season upon us! I wonder who Tillie’s pal is?
Only days to go. Keep practicing your obeisance.
All right, we have a Tillie sighting with her ghost CN mug. Can the rest of the RCO crew be far behind so that we can have a RCO Sunday October arc to go with the weekday Robber Mice arc we are now thoroughly enjoying?
I ain’t ’fraid …
Darkness falls across the news
The midnight hour is of no use
Clothings pile on top of chairs
To fur arise y’all’s raising hairs
And whosoever shall be found
Without tea cups for calming down
Must stand tall and tell ’bout sheets of hell
And face the rotten clothing’s smell
The foulest stench’s in the air
No laundry’s done it seems for years
And – reading papers in the room -
The clothing seems to seal your doom (oh, yeah)
And though you fight to stay aloof
Your body starts to chuckle
For no mere mortal cat resists
The laundry do “the juggle”
Holy sheet! Who you gonna calls?
Oh, that last panel! My heart…
What type of tea do ghosts prefer? Boo-long?
TILLIE!!! Oh so happy to see her! Someone call Puck, quick!
A new position has opened up for a cat or kitten Overlord-in-training in our central prefecture. This position is in a lovely house with multiple windows and beds, with ample opportunities for bird watching. This opening is strictly an indoor position. However, the ability to be on the screened-in porch in nice weather is available. Age and/or physical challenges are not deal-breakers. In addition, negotiations can be undertaken if the ideal candidate comes with a sibling or dear friend.
The successful candidate will be working with three other cats and a dog to oversee and care for a group of well-meaning but ultimately hapless humans. Unfortunately, these humans tend to speak baby-talk to the cats and often pick them up to hug. On the plus side, the humans quickly learn how the cats like to be scritched and have nice, warm laps.
Note: The oldest male human may try to write you into one of his stories. The successful candidate(s) will be compensated for appearing in the stories in a manner to be determined later. Past compensation has included but has not been limited to tuna treats, fresh shrimp, a small piece of cheese at something called Martini-time, and/or nightly brushing (especially under the chin).
Please forward your confidential vita and kibble requirements to email@example.com. All applications are strictly confidential.

I missed Tillie, good to see her again!
Siamese Sees Ghost sounds like a good enigmatic name for an alternative band.
Lupin toe beans and paw pad!
Refresh my memory, crackerjacks. Hasn’t Lupin met Tillie before? I know Puck has.
Elvis working near a bed, late one night
When his eyes beheld an eerie sight
’Twas a ghost blob on a chair, he tells no lies
And suddenly to his surprise
It sipped some boo-long tea
(Hot boo-long tea) It’s a graveyard smash
(A graveyard smash) It had a lemon splash
(A lemon splash) But with its socks mismatched
(Socks mismatched) Was it just a laundry stash?

Update loves gushy food. She scarfed it down and a while later pooped on my pillow while playing on my bed. She’s a baby and pillows are washable. I took her out on the front porch to visit with my youngest daughter and Database was inside the open window. Data was very curious so I held Update up to the window and Data seemed ok right up until Update stuck a claw in the screen, then Data hiss-growled and I got Update out of sight. I’m sure it will take a while for them to become friends.
Maybe one of the People is rehearsing for Hallowe’en.
I do believe in spooks! I do believe in spooks! I do, I do, I do, I do!
Let me know when it grabs pen and paper. I know someone looking for a ghost writer.
You show me a ghost who can juggle and I’ll show you a superstition I can believe. :)
I like the screen-ception in panel 7. X3 =3
I’m kinda surprised that no one seems to be talking about the fact that Goldie can’t see ghosts (yet).
(Or if they are, it’s in one of the reply chains. I don’t feel up for checking all of those ATM. XD; )
Thanks for the spot of tea, crackerjack!
Elvis, where did you get that catnip!?
OT: Sad news from Cole & Marmalade
I dunno. My Siamese regards a pile of laundry as “best cat bed evar”.
Oh! Love Tillie!
It doesn’t seem to be hostile. Maybe it’s a case of sheet happens? If not, who you gonna call?
If you can’t see the ghost, it’s because you’re being ghosted.
Elbiff’s imagination is getting carried away, so cute! Then Lupin thinks ghosts are silly, whilst Tilly is hanging around. Also, so cute!
Meanwhile, Back on the Nile
Beatrixia: What’s up, Elvis? You look like you just saw a ghost.
Elvis-Anum: I did just saw a ghost. I mean see.
Beatrixia: That’s not possible, Elvis.
Elvis-Anum: Really? What do you call that?
Sheet flies through the library
Beatrixia: That looks like my climbing curtain! Puckmosis! Is that you?
Puckmosis: Sorry. I just got the Zoomies and got carried away.
She’s back, she’s back, she’s back!
TILLIE!!!!!!!!!!!! The last panel officially just made today’s strip the best of the year so far.
OT: A gift to the Orb
Great to have you back, Tillie!
Tillie it’s so good to almost see you again!! Do say ‘hi’ to Puck before you fade out.
