Frankly, I think Elvis should count his blessings that he isn’t Princess Kitty. That was a very close call.

I slept 10 hours last night, which for me, is unheard of. The fatigue associated with this accursed virus is real.

Elvis: I knew she was trouble. But who could resist that sweet smile and those innocent eyes? She had something in her hand.

Don’t worry Elvis, true tough guys know when to be a softy. I was hoping for a bit more of the interview with Beatrix and Baba Mouse, but maybe we will still get more of that. This was cute though, hope Elvis doesn’t mind me saying that.

Consider it karma for complaining so much about it earlier, Elvis. ;)

Panel 2 reminds me of a former neighbor’s little girl who used to carry the family cat around like that. The cat was so big that his hind feet dragged on the ground, but he didn’t seem to mind – until he decided she was “old enough to know better” (around age 3) & he was DONE with that & would run away whenever she tried to pick him up. (I wonder if it had anything to do with her being tall enough that he couldn’t touch the ground any more.) Poor kid was so upset! It took a while for her to learn to just pet him & for him to learn to trust her again.

Who the heck is Burt?

For a tough guy who nevertheless wrestles under the moniker “Mommy’s Special Boy,” (hahaa, that always cracks me up), you’d think that Burt’s trolling wouldn’t bother him too much, if he even sees it. :D

Perhaps, Puck, but he’s a “tough guy” with a heart of gold and very soft center—as you know well. He’s also very dignified. Always.
