Is this the latest generation of robot vacuums – the one with the “eject passenger” capability?

This just in: Elvis is totally not enjoying this. (/sarcasm)

I don’t think the robot vacuum wants to be ridden. Of course it might feel like it is under attack and needs to protect itself.

In the last panel, I hear Elvis in a dead pan, here-he-goes-again kind of voice. Because Lupin’s ride was totally predictable.

So, that robot bullvac, spun Lupin with all it’s robot might…but Lupin held strong. And, that’s how the legend of, The Toe Bean Kid, was born. I reckon he still a ridin’! ( sound of a spittoon, being hit!)

OT Just to say, the June page of the calendar is fantastic. Puck is so sweet (I think Elvis must be self-care-ing in a cupboard, away from other beings).

Georgia’s single stroke or two bringing anthropomorphized appliances to life is nothing short of artistic genius. I go back to the original “vacuum war” series often just to admire the pen work.

A mistake? Hardly.

A well-thought-out, perfectly executed plan…

I love the Cylon-esque rendering of the Ro-Vac’s eye in panel 2! (“By your command!”)

Pretty much saw this one coming, didn’t we? I’m not sure whether to cheer for Lupin or the robovac, so I’ll just pop some corn and enjoy the show!

In other news, water is also wet.

I thought for sure Goldie was going to be the first one to ride the vacuum. Although Lupin is the Cat of Adventure, I would have thought his over-sensitivity to vibrations would have placed him third on the list. Elvis would have been last because riding a robot vacuum would be undignified.

I’ll bet that Nana got them an industrial robotic vacuum, and it holds up to Kitty Cargo.

I was looking at a robo-vac on Amazon, and I went to the Customer Questions. First one (honest) was, “How many cats will fit on it?” Someone immediately answered with technical details about how to maximize cat capacity. Really.
