At first I thought the heart was one of the mice, and I was sure she’d be claiming to be Muad’Dib.

That being said, I admit I squee’d when I realized you were geeky as well as being a redheaded cat lover.

And Elvis is right there to keep her company, lol.

Someone wake me when pumpkin spice season is over. I get sick to my stomach walking into Winco now because of those blasted pinecones at the front door.

The spice MUST flow!

For me, this time of year means sore throat and stuffy nose thanks to the pollen count. People ask me if I have a health problem and I say, yes, and it’s called autumn.

Love the little heart next to Georgia’s signature. Potions of pumpkin spice are most definitely a must during Autumn! However, THIS woman enjoys 1,000 orange candles around the bath all year round. :)

As a woman, I can honestly say I hate Pumpkin Spice Lattes. I still love Georgia, though!

She must have locked the bathroom door or Lupin would be going insane with all of those candles! Yes, Mommy’s Special Boy doesn’t let her get too far away from him. Hoping the book is an Agatha Christie.

If I scroll to the right of the last panel, I see Lupin saying “All Caught Up”. .???

This is the time to gather the children around & carefully go over the “pets and holidays rules”. What’s fun for families can have dire consequences for animals.

We were also taught to immediately yell at anyone mistreating cats (or any animals) as we trick-or-treated. Mom would have lit after them like a banshee. Would have been ugly for the perps! She was good at rescuing kitties from bullies!

Thankfully, Mom made sure all our cats were safely closed in the quietest room of the house when the doorbell started ringing!

I love spice. All spice.

Pumpkin Spice is just the tip of the iceberg.

There is Nutmeg on my Eggnog. Clove and mint in my tea. Cinnamon in my cocoa. I love it all.

Yes, Elvis, we Women start getting weird in the fall. We spice things up, snuggled under fuzzy armor. By the way, Elvis, the candle count is 12.

It’s a lovely day here in northern Indiana! Georgia, hope yours is even more so, and cram-packed with joy & love! Dittos to all the fans & their fur-babies!

The whole pumpkin business you have in the US sounds rather fun. We don’t really do it in Scotland, although I don’t go to Starbucks so I can’t speak for them. But I gather pumpkin puree is practically a condiment over there, and over here it’s nearly impossible to find. And personally peeling and gutting a pumpkin is a hell of a chore, on the rare occasions when they are available. I do remember making a fabulous Iranian pumpkin stew for Rosh Hashanah once, though.

Waving from southwestern Ontario; also a beautiful day. I may need to nip out and get a pumpkin spice something-or-other and trip and fall into a park. I wonder if there’s such a thing as pumpkin spice cat treats?

I LOVE autumn and The Woman does it Just Right!

I had a Siamese who would sit on my chest when I was in a bubble bath. It was somewhere between flattering and unnerving.

The Mrs and the girls all go for Pumpkin Spice. I’m more of a hot chocolate fan.

I understand that people love Pumpkin Spice even though I do not; I just think it’s really overdone with Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING. I get so tired of it! I love that Georgia is a blue-eyed spice user, though.

This is so sweet. When it starts cooling down Blossom tends to want People company more often. I just adore our lovey sessions. <3

Hi, Elattaria – I’m from Canada, a diabetic, but at this time of year I bake a basic sugar cookie, add finely diced candied ginger, shape into balls and roll in a mix of sugar and cinnamon. I allow myself one a day, but my husband eats them a half dozen at a time and can’t get enough of them. They are also popular with the rest of the family. I also make a really good, moist fruitcake from my grandmother’s recipe that hubby will scarf down. Again, I really have to limit my intake of that as it sends my blood sugar into the stratosphere!
