Many years ago a young woman stole my Identity, applied for a credit card, was given a $6,000 limit and bought nearly $4000 of stuff from an online retailer. I reported it to the 3 Credit bureaus, made a Police report and took a subscription for ID theft protection and credit monitoring. She was caught and spent two weeks behind bars. I was notified by the Police about her court date and as much as I wanted to see her face I decided not to go. She was 17 then btw so she probably went on doing the same as an adult or got run over by a truck which would be Fate at work and what I prefer as a reckoning.
