Ohmygod!!! Maybe I'm color-blind!!!! Jazmine: Uh, I don't think so...

I think the point of this strip is to let us know that America needs to educate its youth about blackness

It’s amazing how different this character is from the animated Cindy. Most of the characters underwent changes for the show but more or less had the core of their strip personalities intact. Cindy, however, was transformed into a completely different creation altogether.
