6 Events That Should Definitely Be Added to the 2020 Olympics
by GoComicsThe 2016 Summer Olympics have officially begun, kicking off a two-week celebration of talent, athleticism and international friendship.
The roster of Olympic events stays relatively stable throughout the years, but there's always room for improvement. With that in mind, we would like to humbly suggest six events that should be added to the 2020 Olympics!
1. 400-meter Olympic hopscotch.
Endurance + coordination = a truly stellar event.
2. Alligator balance beam.
Nothing spices up an event like adding alligators!
3. Duck, Duck, Goose.
If you think Duck, Duck, Goose is a game for children, you haven't played it with the right people.
4. The La-Z-Boy Triathlon.
What better way to win glory for your country?
5. Equestrian basketball.
Like polo, but way cooler.
6. Leaf-pile jumping.
Imagine how much better pole vaulting would be with leaf piles at the end.
We'll let you know when we hear back from the International Olympic Committee.
Enjoy the 2016 Summer Olympics, everyone!
