Never seen that gradient effect for the background that Mr. Peirce uses in the first panel. I like it though!

I dont know…Nate nate sounds fun!

The quality of the comic strips have been slowly declining and these storyline plots are perhaps becoming less interesting and too tedious for the reader. Nothing against Mr Peirce (we all have to appreciate he’s been writing for ages now) but I think we all want some fresh plot to come.

To everyone that is saying this comic is declining in quality:Some people actually enjoy the strip so don’t ruin it for them. As well, Lincoln Peirce has been writing these strips for over twenty years and it isn’t easy. There will always be some story arcs that you like and some that you don’t like. If you really feel that Big Nate is being way too tedious to read, then just leave. There is no real need to continuously post comments saying how Big Nate is getting worse in quality.

Apparently, Ken Ken was invented by a Japanese Math teacher named Tetsuya Miyamoto. Before I found that out, I always thought it was invented by a math prodigy named Ken..
