To be technical, at worst it is ‘racialist’. Racialism was a once-common doctrine that separate nationalities displayed distinct traits of personality or character, such as the business sense of the Anglo-Saxon or the hot-bloodedness of the Spanish. But racialism or racism, they both are used to obliterate the recognition of individual attributes. (But the Napoleon joke IS funny.)
