Thank you Lincoln for weighing in on this. Peter’s lisp is accepted by the other characters. If we were making fun of him, there would be cheap shots at him. The lisp just is. We need to accept people as they are, as do the characters in this strip. No one makes fun of Artur’s broken English or Coach John. Or anyone else.

2012 and 2013 was a golden age for big nate in my eyes, so many interesting story lines, not to mention lincoln being so active with the community and frequently commenting!
