    Um… no.500 divided by (600-500, or 100) = 5.Since 1/5 of 600 is 120, we subtract 100.Our final answer is 20%.

If Francis saved up for 100 days, he would have $1,000. And if he got around 4 dollars for academic achievements every week, he would have $1,400. Nate would get about 600 dollars with his new allowance per 100 days. With, of course, no academic extras. Over a year, Francis would get $4,460. Nate would get $2,190 over a year. Francis could get about 9 11" Macbook Airs over 2 years. Nate could get 4 over 2 years. Francis has a bunch of money, and Nate has still quite a bit.

I’ll give my kids an allowance, but if they want more money I’m gonna say “Make your own money” so that could mean a lemonade stand or mowing lawns

Francis would get $520 a year and Nate, with his new allowance would get $312 a year, still quite a bit of money.
