The witch is melting.
Buy 2-5 gallon buckets at the big hardware store. Fill them 1/3 full of water with some ice on top. Put them in front of a chair and sit down and put your feet in them. They will pull all of the heat out of your body. Apply as necessary.
It’s still cooler than stagnant air.
It’s like 36 over here I’m freezing
Just fill the bathtub with cold water and jump in. You will be fine soon enough. :)
