Back in 2006, I gathered up all the floss we had. I had some in my desk, in my briefcase, in my backpack, in the car glove compartment & both door pockets. Similarly for my wife. There were a few in each bathroom.
I know not how we got so much floss. We both use it. I’m eating a bowl of beef stew now & I’ll floss afterward to get the strings of beef that are stuck in my teeth.
I have no idea how old the oldest floss was. We married in 1975 & may have each brought floss to the marriage. So I put a 6 on each with a permanent marker. Since that time we’ve lived in 3 cities in the states, & 2 places overseas.
14 years later, we still have floss with a 6 on it. And a couple new ones without a 6.
