It’s funny…..if you do not have a tub, they say it devalues your home when you go to sell. But meanwhile, nobody is taking baths. Maybe kids….but I think if you have a bathtub in a second bathroom, that’s good enough for the rare occasions you need one. I think in my next house, I am going for a shower stall with no tub in the master bath. Those fancy (expensive) tubs are pretty difficult to step into…and worse, hard to get out from when you are a certain age.
