Well…when I ran marathons, I always ate carbs first..so I had the energy to finish the race. If you do not eat properly an hour or so before a race, there is no way you can finish. It is important to know just how far before the race to eat. There are no bathrooms in a marathon. lol
makes more sense to lose weight before the holiday season than after….more of an incentive to enjoy all the tasty goodies with no remorse!
Do the work. Then get paid.
I’m 71 and have worked out mostly every day for many, many years. I do an hour of Zumba almost every day. It’s a great, fun way to keep excess weight off.
Makes sense to me……I have done that before…..I’m doing it now….That way I don’t eat too much and if I do, no worries I can lose that weight easily, cause I had already……Did THAT make sense??? LOL!
