Today is the 100th birthday of Charles “Sparky” Schulz, the creator of Peanuts, so we’re gonna get a lot of congrats today for Schulz!

Johnny Hart wrote the foreword to my old Peanuts Treasury, from when I was five.

She just needs to lean on a tiny piano

I always have to double-check because it seems to me like it was only a couple of years ago that Mr. Schulz passed and Peanuts ended. Then, when he is referenced, somewhere I look it up and realize how long it’s been.

At least she didn’t call you a blockhead!

Fun fact, Charles’ daughter lives in Utah not too far from me and has a large statue of Snoopy on her lawn honoring her father. It’s pretty cool to see! :)
