There’s a reason “golf” spelled backwards is “flog”!

I hit it in the water enough that, if I used “colorful language” every time I did, I wouldn’t have any left over when I would really need it. There’s a rather large pond behind where I work that separates my building from a golf course. I like to sit out on the patio at lunch time and count how many balls go in the water. The record for 30 minutes is 4.

The gods must be crazy.

Usually followed by some kind of strange fishing rod with a little right angle blade on one end.

Don’t worry, fishies, that’s just how space aliens write “#@!!$&%!!”.

I’ve given enough fishes enough reason to wonder over the years… :D

There’s a driving range and a golf course next to the river that we take float trips and fish on. We’ve pulled about two full buckets of golf balls out of it.
