    (digging)….“Gold! I found gold!”………………………..“What’s gold?”

This is what happens when your currency is actual clams.

And as a bonus, there’s a rock wall hidden on the property. (Some assembly required)

I had to read it a couple of times to get the joke. My birth family were farmers. TREE farmers! There are trees already growing there! Bonus! :)

Looks that the “bottom land” Sgt. York will want to buy millions of years later.

And get ready to pay crushing property taxes on that MESS.

Before the “City Fathers” (And Mothers) zone the area for business behind your back. ;)

The colorist missed a spot behind the tree. Unless there was an isolated snow storm. Then the clearing shovel will really come in handy.

Beware of what changes you make to the environment. Once you remove the trees, the land may no longer be suitable for even growing trees again.

He lives in NY where it’s covered with rocks and trees. You’d have to be from the Northeast USA to understand.

Level off the top of one of those hills in the middle of your land, build a cabin on it, make sure you have a source of fresh water, then put signs all around it saying “Keep Out.” Then just enjoy nature and solitude. Sounds like a great way to retire.

Throw in the land for free, and I’ll pay $6 for the shovel.

It would be a lot of work but it could be terraced like they do in many places in Aisia. It might be possible to create a decent amount of arable land from that property.

Take the deal, you’re getting a mature tree farm, maybe pecans, walnuts, apples, cherries, plums, or maple syrup, with fire wood and prime hunting to boot.

Looks like some of the old farmland in New England. The stone walls were made from all the stones they cleaned from the fields
