A lot of these big foundations are just tax dodges so the founder can fund his liberal cause with money that is tax free. To name a few the Rockefeller Foundation, Clinton Foundation and the foundations that billionaire Soros has started . If they do notdo actual Charity work they should be taxed, then maybe they could lower the little guys taxes.
