Leaving all the neighbors to sport earplugs.

They won’t let him have batteries for the amplified one!

Whether anyone else on Ballard street wants to hear it or not. Sometimes they applaud with rotten tomatoes (those that will still walk by Gary’s house, anyway).

Gary is the kind of guy who usually has something he should probably just keep to himself.

There’s a place for him on cable tv in either sports or politics.

and now i see all my neighborhood is made of Garies

Gary often wonders how the neighborhood got along before his frequent updates. Phyllis, his wife, doesn’t…

And, just in case.. keeps the necessary tools close at hand.

But, it takes him a while to think about a topic?

I DO NOT!

Phyllis makes sure Gary keeps political opinions to himself. She would like to keep LIVING there on Ballard Street.

… about the things he hears when he uses the cone to eavesdrop on conversations. :)

Gary is one of those people who always have something to say whether or not it is worth saying.

He believes he is the town crier spreading news, but the rest of Ballard Street considers him the town idiot.
