Wanda finally insisted that Cecil only gets a hoop for entrances and weekdays; rising hoop paper costs were becoming prohibitive. There was that one time she ran out of paper and used cellophane. Wanda thought she had broken Cecil’s neck. It took 3 weeks of chiropractic care and wearing a neck brace till Cecil was back to normal. Now, they look back on what is known as the Saran Wrap Incident and laugh.
